    Medafeet Mosi Orthotics
Important Information: This orthotic should only be purchased by professional therapists only as adjustments will need to be made to ensure a correct fitting. The prefabricated orthotic to handle that difficult pronator with a medially deviated STJ axis The FittaFeet and Medafeet orthotic range were originally designed by a team of specialist podiatrists to reduce the need for expensive custom orthotics at their own clinic. These orthotics have been so successful that physiotherapists , podiatrists , sports therapists and other health professionals have asked for them to be made readily available for their patients. The principle behind the range is simple.... If there is an abnormal stress or force causing a symptom, then they should work to reduce this force. The MOSI (Medial Oblique Shell Inclination) was first published in 2008 (Harradine et al) as a modification to aid control of the difficult pronator with a medial deviated subtalar joint axis. The MedaFeet MOSI post is graded to allow the clinician with a grinder to reduce the posting material as required. The shell is cut narrow beneath the first ray to aid unrestricted hallux dorsiflexion. Shell material is thermo-mouldable to allow for shell contour customisation if required. Due to the complex nature of the materials, each pair is manmade and quality checked, meaning the design has not been limited by machinery or factory settings. Why Have a MedaFeet MOSI Orthotic? The Medafeet MOSI Orthotic is a revolutionary step in non-custom foot orthotics for patients with a medial subtalar joint axis. Rather than being an "Arch Filler", the method by which they work improves the normal functioning of the foot. Examples of symptoms they can help include: - Mortons Neuroma - Forefoot Pain - Heel Pain / Plantar Fasciitis - Posterior tibial tendonitis / dysfunction - Shin pain - Anterior Knee Pain The MedaFeet MOSI orthotic is NOT designed to be used 'out of the packet'. It requires a small amount of modification via the use of a grinder on the rearfoot post. They are therefore quick and easy to customise with relation to both the shell contour and amount of posting. No glue is needed, and the adjustments can be done in minutes to supply a semi-bespoke appliance without any need for casting or other foot impressions The forefoot extension on these orthotics are 'scissor cutable' for a perfect fit into a variety of shoes. Simple grinding instructions are supplied with these orthotics. **When ordering 10 pairs of more - you will receive a 15% discount on each pair ordered** Select UK Size Required:: A: Mens Size 4 - 5, Womens Size 5 - 6, B: Mens Size 6, Womens Size 7, C: Mens Size 7, Womens Size 8, D: Mens Size 8, Womens Size 9, E: Mens Size 9, Womens Size 10, F: Mens Size 10, Womens Size 11, G: Mens Size 11, H: Mens Size 12
